Ingredients
- 3 stuffing in breast pocke do close the pocket the stuffing will puff up (not)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 paprika
- 250 gr artichoke hearts (rinsed)
- 110 gr bread crumbs (fresh)
- 65 gr chicken breast (skinless boneless halves)
- 60 ml chicken broth
- 30 ml cream (heavy)
- 9 gr parsley divided (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr nutmeg
- some salt and pepper
5. Place the stuffed breasts in the baking dish. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake dozen to 15 minutes. Place the breasts on a platter, spoon the pan juices over and sprinkle with reserved parsley.
