Ingredients
- 12 bacon (pieces)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 600 gr potatoes (diced)
- 475 ml milk
- 240 ml chicken broth
- 100 gr celery (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
- 1 slice carrot (sliced)
In 3 litre casserole, combine 1st 7 ingredinets. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 13-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stirring once. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Recover. Cook at high 8 minutes or until heated through.
