Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 am oat bran
- 1/2 am oat flakes
- 190 gr am wheat pastry flour (whole)
- 180 ml milk (hot)
- 120 ml honey
- 60 ml unrefined vegetable oil
- 34 gr pecans (chopped)
- 14 gr non-alum baking powder
- 1 gr cinnamon
Combine first three ingredients, set aside to cool, combine mashed bananas, honey, vegetable oil, beaten egg whites, then stir into oat mixture. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into oat mixture. Pour batter into an oiled bread pan. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 1 hour or until done.
