Ingredients
- 30 almonds (whole)
- 20 saffron strands
- 5 fl double cream
- 2 1/2 natural
- 400 gr chicken breast
- 85 gr butter
- 60 ml milk
- 60 gr onion puree
- 16 gr almonds (ground)
- 12 gr coriander leaves (chopped fresh)
- 12 gr garlic puree
- 6 gr garam masala
- 1 gr saffron (ground)
across. Simmer on if required. Just prior to serving add the saffron and salt to taste. Garnish with the coriander and almonds, and serve immediatley.
