Ingredients

- 2 b in saucepan over low heat (heavy very)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 thickness on floured surface (lightly)
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 220 gr brown sugar (light)
- 110 gr butter
- 60 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 2 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
balls; with thumb, make indentation in each. Bake 7 to 8 minutes. When cool, sprinkle lightly with confectioners' sugar; fill indentations with raspberry jam (about quarter cup). Makes about 4 dozen. ----
