Ingredients
- 4 spareribs
- 2 garlic (cloves crushed)
- 220 gr brown sugar packed
- 120 ml chili sauce
- 60 ml ketchup
- 60 gr dark rum
- 60 ml worcestershire sauce
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr pepper
Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bak for 1.5 hours at 350 . Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 min., basting with sauce, or grill 30 min., turning and basting.
