Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/8 carob powder
- 400 gr am anasazi beans (cooked)
- 350 ml bean juice
- 190 gr am wheat flour (whole)
- 120 ml molasses
- 9 gr non-alum baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
Blend beans, juice, molasses, egg, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Add dry ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Fill oiled muffin tins two third full. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 25 minutes, or until done.
