Ingredients
- 2 cilantro
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1/4 tequila
- 650 gr tomatoes
- 550 gr meat
- 475 gr garbanzo beans
- 180 ml tomato juice
- 60 gr onion
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 45 gr carrot
- 32 gr unbleached flour
- 26 gr celery
- 4 gr salt
- 2 slices bacon
* Meat should be beef boneless chuck, tip or round, cut into 3 cm ~------------------------------------------------------------------------Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in 25 cm skillet until hot. Cook and stir beef in oil over medium heat until brown. Remove beef with slotted spoon and drain. Cook and stir onion and bacon in same skillet until bacon is crisp. Stir in beef and remaining ingredients. heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 1 hour. ----
