Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 baking dish
- 1 coconut
- 240 gr coconut (ground)
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 65 gr flour
- 55 gr butter
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Place in the baking dish and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven until golden, about 35 minutes. Makes about 24 macaroons. ----
