- 1/2 frosting evenly over the top of one
- 1/2 apricot all-fruit spread
- 1/2 layer with
- 190 gr skim ricotta cheese
- 110 gr apricot all-fruit spread
- 45 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 38 gr granulated sugar
- 14 gr vanilla extract
- 14 gr sugar
- 12 gr unsweetened cocoa
- 8 gr all purpose flour
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 2 gr allspice (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
- 1 gr salt
of the filled layers. Stack the second filled layer on top of the first. Swirl the remaining frosting evenly over the top of cake. Garnish with whole strawberries, if desired. To serve, cut the cake into dozen equal slices. ----
