- 36 onions (whole)
- 3 garlic coarsely (cloves chopped)
- 2 carrots coarsely (chopped)
- 2 leeks coarsely (chopped)
- 1 flour
- 1 juice
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bottle burgundy
- 1 water
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 bacon (diced)
- 2,300 gr chuck roast
- 130 gr butter
- 80 gr onions coarsely (chopped)
- 60 ml cognac warmed
- 90 ml olive oil
- 2 gr thyme
- 1 gr butter with a of sugar
8. To serve, add the onions to the casserole and garnish with the mushrooms and parsley.
