- 170 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 140 gr skim mozzarella
- 130 gr carrots coarsely (shredded)
- 130 gr zucchini (finely chopped)
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 90 gr broccoli flowerets (finely chopped)
