Ingredients
- 4 spareribs
- 3 of garlic (cloves)
- 600 gr pineapple (crushed)
- 350 ml chili sauce
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 2 ml dry mustard
- 2 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 slice onion
Run ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in a large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add quarter cup water to the pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 180ÂșC oven for half hour. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over ribs. Bake uncovered 1 hour longer.
