Ingredients
- 1 milk
- 400 gr chicken breast in (boneless skinless halves cut)
- 150 gr kelloggs corn flake crumbs
- 2 ml honey
- 1 ml pepper sauce (hot)
- 1 gr thyme (dried)
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr tarragon (dried)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
Combine milk, honey & hot pepper sauce. Add chicken strips & marinate at least 10 minutes.
Combine cornflakes, ginger, thyme, tarragon & cayenne. Dip the chicken strips into the cornflake mixture.
Place the chicken on a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 200ÂșC for 10 15 minutes until crispy. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
