3 eggs
1 pie shell
400 gr sugar
240 ml buttermilk
110 gr butter
100 gr sugar at a time
65 gr pecans
24 gr flour
9 gr vanilla
1 gr salt

flour and salt; add small amount at a time. Add buttermilk. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pie crust; pour custard mix over the pecans and bake 1 hour 30 minutes at 150ºC . The top browns as it cooks. Best served at room temperature.
