- 250 gr corn syrup (light)
- 200 gr sugar
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 95 gr crisco shortening
- 55 gr butter
- 16 ml water
- 9 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
inserted in center comes out clean.Cool to room temperature before cutting.Makes one 23 cm pie.
