Ingredients
- 6 green onions (chopped)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 2 sprigs thyme (fresh)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 salt
- 950 ml chicken broth
- 250 gr carrots (peeled)
- 240 ml cream (heavy)
- 240 ml water
- 85 gr mushrooms (chopped)
- 5 slices bacon (chopped)
2. Remove bay leaf. Place soup in a food processor and process until smooth. Return mixture to pot over low heat. Add cream and salt and pepper to taste. Heat until warm.
