- 12 bundt with nonstick cooking spray (pan)

- 2 egg
- 250 gr flour
- 250 gr pineapple chunks
- 100 gr sugar
- 85 gr raisins
- 85 gr syrup
- 60 ml yogurt
- 60 ml water until well mixed
- 60 ml oil
- 14 gr baking powder
- 12 gr wheat germ
- 8 gr flour
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr orange rind
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr mace
bowl, toss raisins with 1 tablespoon flour. Scrape wet ingredients into dry and stir just until blended. Gently fold in raisins. Scrape evenly into prepared pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and cake shrinks from sides of pan and is browned. (If cake browns to quickly, cover loosely with a sheet of foil and continue baking.) Let cool on rack 30 minutes before turning out of pan to cool completely. Makes dozen servings.
