Ingredients
- 6 garlic (cloves peeled)
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 3 parsnips
- 2 onion (peeled)
- 1 potato (peeled)
- 1 salt
- 1 transfer the chiles to a blender with a slotted spoon
- 1/2 remove the stems
- 1/2 parsley
- 1,100 gr fava beans (cooked)
- 700 ml vegetable broth
- 150 gr corn kernels (cooked)
- 14 gr flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 7 gr spanish
- 2 slices country style bread (white)
Transfer the stew to a bowl or platter and sprinkle with the remaining parsley. Rice or polenta would make a nice accompaniment.
