Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg yolk
- 1,100 ml cream cheese
- 200 gr sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 60 ml cream
- 55 gr butter
- 9 gr flour
- 2 gr lemon rind
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr orange rind
- 1 gr lemon rind
Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200ºC .
Combine filling ingredients; mix well and pour into baked crust. Bake at 230ºC . for 10-12 minutes. Reduce to 90ºC . for 1 hour.
