- 3 chicken breast
- 1/4 italian seasoning
- 120 ml milk
- 30 gr green onion
- 28 gr parmesan cheese
- 18 gr spinach
- 5 gr margarine
- 3 gr flour
- 3 gr pimiento
* chicken breast, (about 2.25 pounds total), skinned, boned, and halvedlengthwise.
half of a 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

In a small mixing bowl combine cheese and Italain seasoning. Roll chickenpieces in cheese mixture to coat lightly; set remaining cheese mixtureaside.
ARRANGE pieces in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. In a small saucepan cookonion in hot margarine till tender. Stir in flour; add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till bubbly; stir in drained spinach and pimiento. Spoonspinach mixture over chicken; sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in a 180ÂșC oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till tender.
