Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 270 gr chicken (boneless)
- 80 ml water
- 55 gr crunchy peanut butter
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml chicken broth
- 24 gr onion (minced)
- 16 ml catsup
- 16 ml sherry
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 10 gr ginger (grated)
- 8 gr sugar
- 7 ml lime juice
- 1 gr pepper (red)
Cut chicken in 1 cm strips. Combine next six ingredients. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Weave chicken on skewers. Microwave on high 6 minutes. Make peanut sauce by cooking garlic and onion in water. (Microwave 1 minute.) Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through. (Microwave 1 minute.) Pour some of the sauce over chicken and serve with remaining sauce. Makes 4 main dish servings or 6 appetizers. (278 calories per serving)
