Ingredients
- 525 gr chicken breasts
- 450 gr potatoes
- 130 gr carrots
- 120 gr onion
- 100 gr celery
- 95 gr no-salt-added tomato paste
- 60 ml water (cold)
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr thyme (dried)
- 1 gr rubbed sage
- 2 packages fat-free chicken broth
In a slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients; cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Mix water and cornstarch until smooth; stir into stew. Cook, covered, 30 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender.
