Ingredients
- 9 pie shell
- 8 hazelnuts (whole)
- 1 prebaked
- 300 gr sugar
- 270 gr hazelnuts
- 120 ml water
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 60 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 24 slices almonds (sliced)
Once the pie has cooled to room temperature, about 1 hour, decorate it, if desired, by making small flowers with the whole hazelnuts and sliced almonds. Makes one 23 cm single-crust pie.
