Ingredients
- 72 miniature chocolate chips
- 2 preheat oven (pieces)
- 2 tiny balls of dough
- 2 miniature chocolate chips the dough below the ears (into)
- 2 on ungreased cookie shee bake (inches apart)
- 1 egg
- 1 balls
- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 95 gr shortening
- 22 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking powder
Variation. Chocolaty Shortbread Cookies: Prepare the dough as directed above. Shape the dough into 3 cm balls. Place 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 8 to 13 minutes, or until set. Cool for 1 minute; remove from the cookie sheets.
