- 1 broiler-fryer chicken
- 1/2 okra
- 1,200 ml warm chicken broth
- 60 gr rice (uncooked)
- 24 gr vegetable shortening
- 16 gr flour
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr thyme
cook about 20 minutes. 6. Stir and cook, covered, 20 minutes longer.
