- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr pecans (chopped)
- 170 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 10 gr sweetened (shredded)
- 7 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
sheets. Bake until crisp and golden brown, about 15 minutes. Transfer cookies to racks and cool completely. (Can be prepared 2 weeks ahead. Store at room temperature in airtight container.) ----
