Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pie pastry shell
- 250 gr cottage cheese
- 180 ml milk
- 150 gr sugar
- 45 gr butter
- 9 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
- 1 ml lemon juice
- 1 package egg custard mix
Blend together the cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar and salt. Add the next five ingredients, beating them in. Lastly fold in the egg whites. Pour into pie shell and bake at 160ÂșC for 30 minutes.
