Ingredients
- 6 green onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 525 gr garbanzo beans (cooked)
- 300 gr couscous (cooked)
- 180 ml olive oil
- 120 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 100 gr cucumber
- 26 gr parsley
- 5 ml dijon mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr coriander (ground)
- some garlic
Fresh ground black pepper Mix all ingredients together and toss well with the salad dressing. Garnish with fresh parsley.
