Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 oat bran
- 475 ml cranberry sauce (canned)
- 350 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 120 ml honey
- 120 ml orange juice if needed
- 60 ml orange juice
- 9 gr baking powder
- 10 ml canola oil
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 200ºC . Grease muffin tins. Combine all ingredients except half cup of orange juice in a large bowl. Mix until blended. Add extra orange juice as needed to obtain a proper batter. Fill muffin tins two third full. Bake 15-20 mins. Makes 30 medium or 18 large muffins.
