- 9 round cake pans
- 3 eggs
- 2 greased
- 1,200 gr confectioners sugar
- 525 gr chocolate mixture
- 250 gr cake flour
- 180 ml milk
- 140 gr vegetable shortening
- 130 gr baking chocolate
- 100 gr shortening
- 170 ml cream cheese
- 65 gr shortening remaining chocolate mixture (into)
- 60 ml milk
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 7 gr baking soda
- 5 ml milk
- 3 gr salt
on racks for 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on racks. Blend 1 T milk into the reserved chocolate mixture for frosting. Place one layer on serving plate and spread with frosting. Top with second layer and frost sides and top with remaining frosting.
