Creme Quiche Lorraine

Power level High (100%). Total cooking time is 15 to 18 minutes. Microwave bacon on High (100%) for 5 to 6 minutes or until crispy. Crumble and set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered 25 cm pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon. Microwave on High for 10 to dozen minutes. Allow to stand 5 minutes or until completely set. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
