Ingredients
- 4 whipped topping (frozen)
- 475 gr wafer crumbs
- 200 gr peanuts (chopped)
- 350 ml cream cheese
- 110 gr smooth peanut butter
- 100 gr sifted powdered sugar
- 75 gr melted margarine
- 65 gr chocolate syrup
- 9 gr vanilla
Combine crust ingredients together. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Refridgerate. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the frozen whipped topping. Pour over the crust. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with peanuts. Freeze, keeps up to 6 weeks. Serves 25-30.
