Ingredients
- 60 ml water
- 45 ml catsup
- 40 gr brown sugar
- 30 ml vinegar
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 30 ml cooking oil
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr chili powder
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr pepper (red)
Combine all ingredients in a quart jar; shake well and refrigerate until ready to use as a basting sauce for barbecue chicken, beef or pork.
