Ingredients
- 170 ml chili sauce
- 60 ml molasses
- 60 ml orange juice
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 10 ml vinegar
- 10 ml sauce
- 5 gr onion
- 2 gr ginger
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Stir to blend then bring to a boil and let it cool. Makes about 1.25 cups. Will keep for a brief period if refrigerated. Serve with Barbequed Ribs, roast chicken or beef.
