Ingredients
- 2 lamb riblets
- 1 flour
- 1 bay leaf
- 950 ml chicken broth
- 240 ml wine (white)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 14 gr parsley (chopped)
- 6 gr salt
- 3 gr instant garlic (minced)
- 2 gr thyme
- 2 packages stewed tomatoes
- 1 package okra (frozen sliced)
- 1 package black-eyed peas
- 1/2 slices lemon
NOTE: Meat may be removed from bones before servings. This gumbo freezes well.
