Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 lemon extract
- 2 deep dish unbaked pie shells
- 525 gr sweet potatoes
- 400 gr sugar
- 375 ml evaporated milk
- 110 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
beating well. After each one, stir in salt, nutmeg, milk and extract. Pour into 2 deep dish unbaked, pie shells. Bake at 220ÂșC or 20 minutes. Then lower oven to 325 and bake for 30-40 minutes longer.
