- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 above rim
- 220 gr mashed sweet potatoes bowl (into)
- 220 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml milk
- 75 gr margarine
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr nutmeg
NOTE: 1.5 cups of canned pumpkin can be substituted for sweet potaotes; omit nutmeg and add 2 teaspoons pumpkin-pie spice.
