Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 450 gr brown sugar
- 350 gr butter
- 325 gr flour
- 240 ml milk
- 150 gr california figs (dried)
- 100 gr walnuts for tart shells (finely chopped)
- 50 gr sugar
- 45 ml water
- 16 gr flour
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr lemon peel (grated)
- 1 gr nutmeg
until filling is bubbly. Makes about 2 dozen tarts of muffin-cup size.
