Ingredients
- 6 mcintosh apples
- 1 egg

- 1 water
- 400 ml sour cream
- 325 gr sugar
- 220 gr flour
- 120 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr flour
- 90 gr butter (unsalted)
- 75 gr brown sugar
- 9 gr vanilla
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
a 25 cm pie pan. Mix filling ingredients together and fill pie shell. Bake at 230ºC or 10 minutes. REDUCE OVEN to 350 and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Blend topping ingredients and place atop pie. Bake for additional 15 minutes at 350. Serve warm.A lot of work, but well worth the effort.
