Ingredients
- 72 b -crust
- 9 glass pie (plate)
- 4 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 around the edge
- 260 gr firmly packed brown sugar
- 230 ml sour cre sour cream (light)
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr margarine
- 160 gr rolled oats (uncooked)
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 40 gr rolled oats
- 32 gr flour in a bowl
- 5 ml water
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
- 1 gr salt
or bowl of an electric mixer. Add butter (or margarine) and mix until consistency resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over filling. Bake in middle of preheated 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled; refrigerate leftovers.
