Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 325 gr flour
- 300 gr confectioners sugar
- 230 gr butter
- 150 gr box nonesuch mincemeat
- 5 ml cream of tartar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
Stir in vanilla and crumbled mincemeat. 4. Add dry ingredients. Mix well-batter will be stiff. 5. Roll into 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten slightly. 6. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Cover with a glaze of confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla while still warm.
