- 3 1/2 xanthan gum
- 3 eggs
- 1 well with a whisk
- 1/2 dry ingredients in the bread (pan)
- 250 gr brown rice flour
- 240 ml gluten free buttermilk (fresh)
- 120 ml water
- 65 gr rice flour with another gluten-free flour
- 55 gr butter
- 50 gr sugar
- 40 gr potato starch flour
- 40 gr tapioca flour
- 18 gr dry yeast (active)
- 4 gr salt
- 5 ml rice vinegar
blue corn flour, polenta meal, or soy flour. You can add at least quarter cup grated cheddar cheese for a new flavor.
