Ingredients
- 250 gr pumpkin
- 150 gr sugar (white)
- 130 gr rice flour
- 95 gr shortening
- 95 gr potato starch flour
- 70 gr nuts
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Sift dry ingredients together. Cream shortening and sugar. Add vanilla and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Beat until smooth. Shape cookies into 3 cm balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork. Bake for 9 to dozen minutes. 1 cookie -20ºC ruit/vegetable choice, -20ºC at
