Ingredients
- 375 degree oven
- 9 pie to form a firm (plate)
- 2 bananas
- 1 env
- 1/2 grah (finely crushed)
- 425 gr total liquid
- 300 gr strawberries (sliced)
- 240 gr pineapple
- 180 gr ginger snaps (finely chopped)
- 14 gr butter
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 slices kiwi fruit
dissolves. Cover and chill to the consistency of unbeaten egg whites (partially set). Spread one third cup of the glaze over botton of crust. Slice bananans and arrange over glaze. Top with another one third cup of glaze and arrange strawberries over glaze. Stir together pineapple pieces and remaining glaze, then spoon over strawberries. Chill for 2 to 4 hours or until set. Before serving, arrange kiwi fruit on pie.
