Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cucumber
- 750 gr vegetable
- 30 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml olive oil
- 2 gr tarragon (dried)
- 1 gr basil (minced fresh)
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 ml sauce (hot)
Salt and pepper; to taste Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. HINT: Out of time? Forget al the mincing and chopping. Cube the vegetables, then throw all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend slowly until the vegetables are chunky and the soup is well blended. Preparation time: 15-40 minutes Chilling time: 2 hours
