- 2 broiler chicken
- 950 ml water
- 750 gr potatoes (red)
- 300 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 110 gr butter
- 60 gr onion (diced)
- 12 gr seasoned salt
- 4 gr pepper
- 3 gr garlic salt
- 3 gr oregano (dried)
- 5 ml chicken bouillon granules
- 1 gr paprika
- 1 gr salt
shallow baking pan. Combine the lemon juice, garlic salt, pepper and oregano; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake uncovered at 180ºC or 1.25 hours or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. For potatoes, place the onion in an ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan. Arrange potatoes in rows over the onion, with slices slightly overlapping. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 150ºC or 1 hour and 20 minutes or until tender.
