- 10 phyllo dough sheets
- 8 circle in center of pastry
- 3 circle in center
- 3 at outer en (inches apart)
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 mixture eggs (into)
- 240 ml milk
- 240 gr crumbled feta cheese
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr melted butter
- 120 ml creamed cottage cheese
- 45 gr margarine
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 24 gr butter
- 24 gr flour
- 1 gr pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 gr tarragon (crushed)
in reverse order they were placed. Drizzle remaining butter over all. Bake in 375 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or cool. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 10 to dozen servings. Preparation time: 20 minutes Baking time: 35 to 40 minutes
