- 8 in flour tortillas
- 4 tortillas
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 bell pepper peel (red roasted)
- 1/2 onion (red)
- 90 gr monterey jack cheese
- 55 gr mozzarella cheese
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 12 gr oregano (fresh chopped)
- 10 ml oil in a skillet over hea the onion
- 3 gr marjoram (fresh chopped)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
cheese is melted. Cut into quarters, and serve. Makes 16 wedges. NOTE: This can be taken through step 3 up to two days in advance. Stack separated with plastic wrap and covered.
