Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic mashed
- 800 gr chuck (finely ground lean)
- 80 ml tomato ketchup
- 45 gr butter
- 16 gr onion (grated)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 12 gr chives (finely chopped)
- 5 ml prepared mustard
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 gr ran green bell (grated)
- some generous tabasco sauce dry sherry wine
Mix all ingredients together and shape into 6 individual small steaks,about 2 cm thick.Sprinkle with seasoned flour and brush with olive oil.Broil them for 5 to 6 minutes or more on each side,depending on degree of doneness desired. Belm ont Sauce: Melt butter with the rest of the ingredients.Blend well.Stir in 2 tb sp. sherry and bring almost to a boiling point.Arrange steaks on a hot platter and pour sauce over them.
